Oscar buzz is here, and it ain't good, although it is white. How does host Chris Rock handle it? How does it get better and more diverse? Jeff and Tom chat it out. NBC "uncovered" the Netflix ratings, and, honestly, it just makes NBC look bad. Will there be a major network with a Spanish language show? Another step is about to take it even closer.
