The TradesCast for Week 9 - February 28, 2016

There was a lot of diversity with the awards this year for movies ... of course, we're talking about the Spirit Awards, which, had the Oscars looked the same would not have been called out for systemic racism. Funny, though, both groups picked the same best film. Tom and Jeff discuss the relevance of the Oscars, and wonder if it will ever change. Also, Louis CK is at it again, showing that you don't need corporate backing and a network to release content and to make money. But if you've got the money, Netflix is proving that they are this close to making the networks museum pieces. All that and more so cure the Oscars hangover with a bit of sober chat!
