The TradesCast for Week 32 - August 10, 2014

There's good new and bad news. The good news, Tom and Jeff hope, is that the Internet looks like it might remain as neutral as it has been, thanks in part to some mega-mergers that have gone south. On the minus side, the annual box office looks like it will not make up for lost summer ground thanks to a lack of fall major openings. Still, there have been some wonderful options for adult viewers, including Boyhood, which Tom and Jeff discuss. Speaking of boyhood, the forever boy - usually played by a girl - Peter Pan, has been cast, and the guys debate whether the choice was a wise one. And the cast wouldn't be complete without some Netflix chat, and the folks at the company have some great news for them and some not so great news for HBO. In other words, there's a lot of news this week, so get informed by clicking now!

But it's not all sweaty stuff, unless you count Murdoch sweating bullets as he tries and tries to take over Time Warner - and possibly the entire world. Also, is the latest movie you want to see coming out in the theater and for home viewing the same day? If not, it probably will soon - and the guys explain why.
